Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Axiom Zero mobile application ("App") or website at axiomzeroapp.com ("Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Axiom Zero ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App or Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal iOS device, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

Axiom Zero is available as a free download with a paid subscription required to access full features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and processed by RevenueCat.
Content you create in the App (reflections, goals, journal entries) is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, that content is also synced to your personal iCloud account via Apple's infrastructure. We do not access, transmit, or store this content on our own servers. You retain full ownership of everything you write.
Axiom Zero is a personal development and discipline app. It is not a medical, mental health, or fitness product. The challenges, programs, and suggestions in the App are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
You are responsible for assessing whether any challenge or activity in the App is appropriate for your individual circumstances. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new physical or mental wellness practice.
The App, including its design, code, content, challenge programs, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Axiom Zero or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AXIOM ZERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axiom Zero and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted, in courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms at this URL and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease.
